We have a homemade probe station designed for high resistance measurement. The setup is able to measure samples under high voltage up to 1000 V. Using high resistance electrometer Keithley 6517A we can measure the current with a precision at the fA level. Safety measures are implemented to avoid any possible physical touching of the high voltage part, and also protects the electrometer from possible short circuit or electrical breakdown.
