I joined the group in 2021 as a DPhil student, focusing on exploring the possibility of tuning the I-V curve of molecular memristive devices through the application of various external stimuli. I'll fabricate the devices using nanofabrication techniques, characterise the devices at both room temperature and in cryogenic environment, and testing different crossbar geometry for optimised functionality. I'll also investigate a bit on the mechanisms behind the memristive switching of the devices.
